Keep calm and eat oatmeal

Banana Goji Sunshine Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup organic oats (can be old fashioned/stove top OR quick oats, but not instant)
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Sprinkle of goji berries
  • Sprinkle of hempseeds
  • Splash of real maple syrup optional

 

Method:

  • Cook oats according to directions
  • Arrange banana slices in a sunshine shape
  • Sprinkle / arrange goji berries and hempseeds on top
  • Add splash of maple syrup if desired & enjoy!

 

Blueberry Coconut Oats

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup organic oats (can be old fashioned/stove top OR quick oats, but not instant)
  • ½ cup of fresh blueberries
  • 2-3 medjool dates, pits removed chopped into bite sized pieces
  • Sprinkle of shredded coconut
  • Splash of coconut water

 

Method:

  • Cook oats according to directions
  • Stir in ¼ cup of the blueberries and the dates
  • Arrange the remaining ¼ cup as a topping
  • Sprinkle / arrange shredded coconut on top
  • Add splash of coconut water and enjoy!
