My Story

While I was being personally mentored by Bob Proctor, I was very sick. I had gotten so sick that I couldn’t sit, have a conversation, or even go to the bathroom by myself. My heart rate was erratic; its resting heart rate was 200 bpm- that’s incredibly high. The most valuable thing he taught me was to remain calm and serene during adversity- when it feels like you’ve lost, or are losing everything, to persevere and continue looking for answers, while also remaining calm and happy. He taught me how to not only bounce back from adversity but use it to propel me forward. These are all qualities professionals must have for great success: calmness, serenity, faith, perseverance, and relentlessness. It’s also what’s needed for regaining health.

You have a right to restorative sleep. You have a right to be free from pain. You have a right to heal from illness. You have a right to prevent illness. You have a right to THRIVE! 


And since I have the ability to help you achieve your health goals and optimize your life, and prevent people from getting as sick as I did, I feel like it’s my purpose to share this knowledge and promote wellness. 

If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health.
